Government Affairs Visit to Washington DC - November 18-19

The purpose of this inaugural visit to Washington DC is to introduce Chamber members to Federal representatives of Wendell.

Meetings with representatives are currently scheduled for the afternoon of November 18^th and the morning/early afternoon of November 19^th. Actual times are subject to change based on the Congressional Calendar..

Participants should plan to arrive in Washington DC by 11:00 on November 18^th and depart after 3:00 on November 19^th.

Location

Individuals will travel to Washington independently, although carpooling is recommended and encouraged. The Chamber will connect all participants and seek carpooling partners once the participant list is finalized.
Individuals will make their own lodging reservations in DC. The group hotel will be the Yotel, a Hilton Select property. Group accommodations are not available for our group size.

Fees/Admission

Participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and meal costs. No fees will be collected by the Chamber.
Meals will be arranged by participants on their own. The Chamber will make a dinner reservation for 11/18 for those interested in dining as a group.
